The Bally’s Interactive Customer Experience team – including such areas as Customer Support, Player Relations, Chat and Programming – is on the frontline when it comes to ensuring our player experience. So, if you’re a people person then we might just be the team you’re looking for.

It’s not just our customers we reach out to – we get involved in many areas of the business. Working hand-in-hand with areas such as Risk, Responsible Gaming, and CRM helps the company as a whole to keep its finger on the pulse of what’s going on with our players.

We work to build caring and long-lasting relationships with everyone from brand-new players to seasoned experts. There are many different skill sets that can help you if you want to become part of the team, but most of all you should be open, ready to talk, and eager to learn. We believe in on-the-job development for our teammates, but you can’t beat a good set of soft skills when you work up close and personal with players.
