Well, what about the team?

The North American Performance Marketing Team is split into 4 core pillars – Paid/Digital Media, Activation, Affiliates and SEO.  We’re based across London, New Jersey and Toronto.

This vacancy sits within the Paid/Digital Media team, who are responsible for driving the acquisition of new Sports Bettors and Online Casino players, through the top to the bottom of the funnel. It’s an exciting time for the team, as we expand our footprint into more and more states. We are currently live in Ontario, 3 US Casino states and 7 US Sports states – set to grow further in 2024. As our Sports coverage expands and our iCasino market share increases there is a need to grow the team. We’re looking for someone to come in and manage and own a series of campaigns across Sports Betting.  

So, what will you be doing?

  • Independently running online sports betting campaigns across one or more of App, Paid Social, Display and Video.
  • Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for growth across campaigns, publishers and providers.
  • Formulating and executing launch plans for new states.
  • Planning campaign strategy based off the sporting calendar and events such as Super Bowl and March Madness.
  • Supporting strategic partnerships with sports teams and leagues.
  • Striving for creative excellence throughout the funnel – ensuring we have best-class creative coverage across sports, match-ups and events.
  • Working with the wider Performance Marketing team to create and execute campaign plans, allocating budgets effectively.
  • Developing a sports reporting framework across all activities.
  • Building strong relationships with third parties and new suppliers.
  • Liaising with the Legal and Compliance teams to ensure campaigns are compliant and new partners are setup correctly.

And what are we looking for?

  • Be positive and motivated individual passionate about sports and performance marketing.
  • Possess knowledge of North American sports and the workings of Sports Betting.
  • Demonstrate data-driven decision making and excellent analytical skills.
  • Have test and learn mindset.
  • Be highly focused, organised, and proactive individual.

Experience Required:

  • 4+ Years of Digital and/or Performance Marketing campaigns, with hands on experience
  • Experience running and optimising either:
    • Paid App (Apple Search Ads / UAC): and/or
    • Paid Social : and/or
    • Video and/or Display (Programmatic and Native)
  • Experience working with agencies and third-parties would be preferable
  • Working knowledge of one or more:
    • Google Ads
    • Meta Business Manager
    • Programmatic advertising platforms
    • Google Campaign Manager or similar ad server
    • AppsFlyer or similar mobile measurement platform
